PRESSURE GROUTING

Cement grout is injected into the soils to fill void and soft zones in order to stabilize footings and foundations. Cement grout is injected into the soils as injection pipes are slowly withdrawn. Thickening the grout and/or increasing the grout pressure can compact the soils and force the settled foundation or floor upwards to the original or usable elevation..

Cement grout pumped into voids at floor joints to stabilize joints where floor slab is deflecting under the weight of truck or forklift traffic.
