Auger Cast-In-Place Piles

Augercast piles were the answer to a difficult foundation problem.

The lot for this house was low in price, in a good location, but consisted of unsuitable soils. Footings or piles were required for support. 38 piles 12' to 25' long were installed. The job took only 2 days with little disruption to the lot or neighborhood.

1. Auger is drilled to the bottom of the pile and slowly withdrawn.

2. Ready Mix grout is pumped through hollow stem of auger.
