A last minute change to the structural plans for a building addition required the installation of drilled piers adjacent to the existing building to avoid excavation and possible undermining of soils beneath the existing footings. Technical Foundations was able to quickly mobilize and install 24" diameter auger cast piles within five (5) days of the structural change to the project plans saving valuable time on the overall construction schedule
